You can cancel a subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee.

How to cancel

Send us an email with the order number you received in your confirmation email and we will cancel the subscription for you. Cancellations are processed within 2 business days.

When the cancellation takes effect

A cancellation applies to every future renewal. An order that has already been billed and shipped is handled under our Refund policy.

Changing a subscription

You can change the delivery frequency, the shipping address or the payment method of an active subscription by contacting us before the next renewal date.

Risk-free trial

Every order is covered by our 90-day risk-free trial. If you are not happy with the product, contact us within 90 days of delivery for a refund.
